NOFX

NOFX are a well known punk rock band from California. Their main lyrical style is to satirically address social and political issues.
Revolving mainly around punk rock base they have also implemented several other styles such as ska and skate punk.
NOFX is definitely one of the more influential bands in the punk rock genre and has greatly influence second wave of punk rock bands especially in the late 90’s and early 00’s.

Over the years they have become notorious for avoiding media at all cost. In their whole career they have given very few interviews. According to NOFX media is exploiting music and they do not need that kind of exposure.

This has actually proven to be true because NOFX is one of the few bands that is recognized globally with having only a few music videos and virtually no marketing campaigns.

The satirical approach to lyrics has become stronger over the year, but NOFX still handles serious topics pretty good.
