about Heart of Stone: We go back in the days when Mick Jagger was 21. Heart of Stone was one of the first original Jagger/Richards songs.

All the inspiring elements are there, the blues, R&B, even folk.

Heart of Stone tells a story about a guy (apparently Mick) who has no trouble seducing the women. In fact he is so succesful in doing that, that he openly declares not a single girl is able to break his heart.

While sort of bragging about it, he also acknowledges that his heart is not one that can easily feel any real emotions any more.

A classic Rolling Stones tune which will start a 50 years of a music songwriting duo between Jagger and Richards.
