U2 - Magnificent video

about Magnificent: Magnificent is U2's second single from No Line on the Horizon.
Interesting detail is that originally song was meant to be called "French Disco" (?!).

The video was shot in Fez, Morocco. Song reminds of "The Unforgettable Fire" in speaking about spirituality. But unlike their records from the 80's U2 nowadays puts "love" in the center of a spiritual orbit instead of Christian ideologies.
One could state that U2 is simply trying to be politically correct in a world that has changed very much since their rise to stardom.

The song "Magnificent" has been praised by many critiques as the highlight of the album "No Line on the Horizon"
